To cook pasta, follow instructions on pasta box.
Diced bacon. On medium-low, cook bacon until it's brown.
In a separate skillet, add olive oil and sauté mushrooms and garlic for 5 mins. Add bacon with fat from the other skillet. Mix in frozen peas. Mix in Italian seasoning, grated parmesan cheese and chicken bouillon.
Stir in both heavy whipping cream and milk. Simmer for 5 mins.
Mix in pasta and cover. Once the pasta is boiling, stir well and cook for 5 more mins.
Optional – top with parsley and red pepper.
