Equipment
- 1 8x8 (square) baking pan.
- aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Ingredients
- 2 11-12 ounce bags White Chocolate Chips (Ghirardelli or Nestle Toll House)
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2-3 tbsp Bacardi Gold Rum
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium microwaveable bowl add both bags of white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salted butter. Heat for 2 minutes, but checking in 30-second intervals.
- Stir in Bacardi Rum, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix with spatula.
- Spray a square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and add a sheet of parchment paper, or line with aluminum foil.
- Pour in fudge mixture, use the spatula to flatten and smooth out. Sprinkle the fudge with cinnamon. Place in the refrigerator and let set for 2 hours.
- Take the parchment paper and fudge out of the pan and cut into squares. Optional - sprinkle with more cinnamon.
