Ingredients

  • 2 11-ounce bags Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2-3 tbsp Bacardi Gold Rum

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl add both bags of white chocolate chips.
  • In a small microwavable bowl, add condensed milk and heat for 1 minute on power level 7. Pour warm milk over chocolate chips. Stir with a spatula.
  • Add Bacardi Rum. Melt butter and pour over fudge mixture. Mix with spatula.
  • Add some parchment paper to a square pan. Add fudge mixture, use the spatula to flatten and smooth out.
  • Sprinkle the fudge with cinnamon. Place pan in the refrigerator and let set for one hour.
  • After 3 hours, take the parchment paper and fudge out of the pan and cut into squares. Optional - sprinkle with more cinnamon.
