Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips

Bacardi Gold Rum
Instructions
In a medium bowl add both bags of white chocolate chips.
In a small microwavable bowl, add condensed milk and heat for 1 minute on power level 7. Pour warm milk over chocolate chips. Stir with a spatula.
Add Bacardi Rum. Melt butter and pour over fudge mixture. Mix with spatula.
Add some parchment paper to a square pan. Add fudge mixture, use the spatula to flatten and smooth out.
Sprinkle the fudge with cinnamon. Place pan in the refrigerator and let set for one hour.
After 3 hours, take the parchment paper and fudge out of the pan and cut into squares. Optional - sprinkle with more cinnamon.
