211-12 ounce bagsWhite Chocolate Chips (Ghirardelli or Nestle Toll House)
2tbspsalted butter
14ouncesSweetened Condensed Milk
2-3tbspBacardi Gold Rum
1/2tspvanilla extract
1/2tspnutmeg
1/2tspcinnamon
Instructions
In a medium microwaveable bowl add both bags of white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salted butter. Heat for 2 minutes, but checking in 30-second intervals.
Stir in Bacardi Rum, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix with spatula.
Spray a square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and add a sheet of parchment paper, or line with aluminum foil.
Pour in fudge mixture, use the spatula to flatten and smooth out. Sprinkle the fudge with cinnamon. Place in the refrigerator and let set for 2 hours.
Take the parchment paper and fudge out of the pan and cut into squares. Optional - sprinkle with more cinnamon.
