Ingredients
- 4 1/2 - 1 inch thick pork chops
- Spice Jamaica Jerk Seasoning
- Thyme
- Paprika (Spanish or Smoked)
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉.
- Rinse pork chops and pat dry.
- On a cookie sheet or bowl, place pork chops and cover with oil.
- Sprinkle generously the Thyme, and Paprika. The Spice Jamaica Jerk Seasoning is spicy. If you have a lower tolerance to spice - use a light coating.
- On medium-heat, add olive oil to a skillet. Enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Add two pork chops and sear on each side for 6 minutes. Place the pork chops on a plate while cooking the remaining pork chops.
- In a large baking pan, or dutch oven, add the pork chops and cover. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and garnish with parsley and/or fresh diced mango.
