  • 1 roll Pillsbury Pie Crust
  • 2 21 oz. cans apple pie filling

Crumb Topping


  • In a pie pan, bake the pie crust at 400℉ for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
  • Pour in both cans of apple pie filling into the pie crust. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl add oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and diced butter. Mix well with a fork. Crumbs should be coarse.
  • Sprinkle crumb topping over the pie filling. Bake at 400℉ for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with more caramel sauce.
