In a pie pan, bake the pie crust at 400℉ for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
Pour in both cans of apple pie filling into the pie crust. Set aside.
In a medium bowl add oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and diced butter. Mix well with a fork. Crumbs should be coarse.
Sprinkle crumb topping over the pie filling. Bake at 400℉ for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes.
Drizzle with caramel sauce.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with more caramel sauce.
