Foodie Review: Provecho Latin Provisions

After a festive evening at Winter WonderLights, my husband and I decided to turn our outing into a full foodie adventure by visiting Provecho in Indiana. Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Crown Point, Provecho is a vibrant Mexican restaurant known for its bold flavors, stylish atmosphere, and highly rated reviews. With the holiday season in full swing, it felt like the perfect time to warm up with good food, drinks, and a cozy dining experience—igloos included. Here’s how our visit went and why Provecho is worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Thankfully no reservation was needed and we were seated right away. Unfortunately, we were seated across from the exit door to get to the outdoor igloos. Yes, igloos, where people can dine and drink outdoors in heated igloos. We would get a quick bursts of cold air from time to time. We had long sleeves so it wasn’t too bad.

Our waitress was phenomenal, knew the menu very well, and gave nice suggestions. I had a nice view of the kitchen area and wood burning stove. I was happy with our choices from the menu. Every thing was flavorful and was a great ending for our 2023 food challenge.
