Foodie Review: Cravings
It’s August, and I haven’t had any funnel cake! I’ve been waiting for my favorite ice cream shop, the 26th Street Sugar Shack, to renovate their location and provide me all my favorite treats for the summer. After literally craving funnel cake all summer, in desperation, I found Cravings in Evergreen Park, IL!
When I arrived, I was almost overwhelmed by all the options! Not only do they have funnel cake, but there’s other fair food like corn dogs, pretzels with cheese, pizza puffs, nachos, hot dogs, Italian beefs, chicken tenders, and mozzarella sticks! Back to the sweets! There’s tons of ice cream flavors, including midnight caramel river, cappuccino crunch, key lime pie, lemon custard, and salty caramel truffle. This fall they are debuting an apple pie flavor, which you can add on top of funnel cake! Of course, I’m returning. Follow me on Instagram at @plussizechi to get the update.
