Apple Pie Cheesecake Parfaits: A Creamy No-Bake Dessert You’ll Crave All Year

Ingredients
Apple Filling
- 4 medium Granny Smith Apples
- 1 stick butter (salted)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp Crown Royal Apple Whiskey
Cheesecake Filling
- 1 tub Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup English toffee bits
Assembly
- 1 bottle caramel syrup
- 1 box Nabisco Graham Cracker Crumbles
Instructions
- Peel and core apples.
- On medium-heat add to a medium-size sauce pan: butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, Crown Royal Apple Whiskey. Add apples and stir mixture well. Cook for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Allow to completely cool.
- In a medium-size bowl add Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake filling. Stir in cinnamon and powdered sugar. Next stir in English toffee bits.
- Using some small dessert glasses, add about 1 tbsp of caramel syrup plus 1 tbsp of graham cracker crumbs to each glass.
- Depending on the size of the dessert dish, add about 2 tbsp OR 1/4 cup of cheesecake filling. Top with apple filling.
- You can eat this right away, or store covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
