Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 15 chicken wings (whole) OR 30 party wings
- Olive Oil
- Badia Mango Pepper
- smoked paprika
- Spanglish Asadero Pollo Asado
Orange Marmalade Sauce
- 1½ cups orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger (dried seasoning)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mango chipotle seasoning
Instructions
Chicken Wings
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Prep the cooking rack by adding aluminum foil on the bottom of the cooking sheet. Place rack on top and spray with a nonstick spray.
- Remove chicken wings from packaging and rinse off. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Add olive oil on wings to use as a binder. Season chicken wings with Pollo Asado OR an All Purpose Seasoning, Smoked Paprika, and Mango Pepper.
- Place wings on cooking rack and bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Turn over the wings and cook for an additional 35 minutes.
Orange Marmalade Sauce
- In a bowl, add the brown sugar, ginger, mango chipotle seasoning, ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, and orange marmalade. Stir well.
- Pour into a sauce pan and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
- Once chicken wings are ready, pour sauce over. Save about 1/2 cup to use as a dipping sauce.
- Place the wings on a cookie sheet and bake under the broiler for 10 minutes on High. Remove from oven as they turn brown.
- Plate up and eat!
