Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 20-25 chicken wings (drums and flats)
- olive oil
- Spanglish Asadero Pollo Asado or an all-purpose seasoning
- Spanglish Asadero Elote
Elote Sauce
- 1 cup Kraft Mayo
- ½ cup Herdez Cilantro Lime Salsa Cremosa
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp Spanglish Asadero Elote seasoning
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder (divided)
- 2 tbsp dried or fresh cilantro
- ½ cup Sierra Cotija cheese
Instructions
Chicken Wings
- Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- Rinse chicken wings in cold water and pat dry.
- Place chicken wings in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle generously both seasonings on the chicken wings - Spanglish Asadero Pollo Asado and Elote.
- Spray a baking rack with nonstick spray and add chicken wings. Bake (uncovered) for 40 minutes. Turn over and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Elote Sauce
- In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, cremosa, lime juice, elote, 1 tbsp chili powder seasonings and cilantro seasoning. Mix well.
- Once the chicken wings are cooked, add them to a large bowl and pour the elote sauce over the wings. Mix well.
- Place the chicken wings on a platter and sprinkle cotija cheese and remaining chili powder. Top with additional cilantro or parsley.
