Instructions
Peach Cobbler Fruit Topping
In a saucepan on medium heat add the frozen peaches, sugar, butter, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
To avoid flare ups, turn off heat and stir in peach whiskey.
Turn stove back on and simmer for about 5 minutes.
French Toast
In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, peach whiskey, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Let stand for 5 minutes.
In a skillet on medium-low heat add 1 1/2 tbsp of butter and olive oil each.
Slice loaf of brioche bread into 8 slices. Dip 2 slices into the french toast batter enough to cover on each sides, but don't soak.
Add slices of bread into skillet and cook on each side for about 3 minutes or until brown. Repeat until all slices are cooked.
Serve peach cobbler fruit topping over french toast.
Optional - serve with ice cream or drizzle
cream cheese topping
