Peach Cobbler Fruit Topping
In a saucepan on medium heat add the frozen peaches, sugar, butter, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange extract.
After 5 minutes stir the filling. Cook on low for about 5 minutes until peaches are firm and not frozen.
French Toast
In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, orange extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Let stand for 5 minutes.
In a skillet on medium-low heat add 1 1/2 tbsps of butter and olive oil each.
Slice loaf of brioche bread into 8 slices. Dip 2 slices into the french toast batter enough to cover on each sides, but don't soak.
Add slices of bread into skillet and cook on each side for about 3 minutes or until brown. Repeat until all slices are cooked.
Serve peach cobbler fruit topping over french toast.
